Pay attention folks.
Two days ago we learned that despite Barack Hussein Obama and Eric Holder repeatedly denying knowledge of Project Gunrunner over the years, Obama approved and signed the stimulus funding for its operations back in 2009. And during that same year, Obama’s Attorney General Eric Holder bragged about Project Gunrunner at the arms trafficking conference in Cuernavaca, Mexico – as documented on the Department of Justice website (see image below).
Side Note: Janet Napolitano’s name is beginning to surface, which would further explain her absurd attempts to forcefully ignore the US-Mexico border.
Side Note #2: Shocking, I know, but not a peep from CNN, MSNBC, LA Times, NY Times, Washington Post, FOX, USA Today or the Associated Press.
Holder Lied. People Died.
(Doug Ross) In sworn testimony, Attorney General Eric Holder denied knowledge of Gunrunner on May 3, 2011.
Asked in May when he learned of Operation “Fast and Furious” and “Project Gunrunner,” Holder claimed he ‘probably’ learned of it ‘over the last few weeks.’ In the testy exchange that followed, Issa pointed out that two Americans were killed by weapons associated with the botched operation, and that in the end, no major criminals were brought to justice. Issa also implies that the Department of Justice was deliberately slow-rolling the request for documentation about the program.

Holder Bragged About Operation Gunrunner (aka ‘Fast and Furious’, aka ‘Gunwalker’) Back In 2009
(Washington Examiner) On May 3, U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder testified before House Oversight and Government Reform Chairman Darrell Issa’s committee that he only learned about the government’s sale of weapons to Mexican drug cartels “in the last few weeks.”
But Big Government found a 2009 speech by Holder on the Department of Justice’s own website that proves the attorney general was well aware of Operation Gunrunner back in 2009:
The problem with Holder’s feigned ignorance is that he gave a speech in Cuernavaca, Mexico, on April 2, 2009, in which he boasted about Operation ‘Gunrunner” and told Mexican authorities of everything he was doing to insure its success.
When questioned by the media, Holder also denied knowing anything about Gunrunner:
“Holder’s office at first vehemently denied ATF has ever knowingly allowed weapons to get into the hands of suspected gunrunners for Mexico’s drug cartels,” CBS News investigative correspondent Sharyl Attkisson reported.
But at the arms trafficking conference in Cuernavaca, Holder not only acknowledged the program, he bragged that he was in the process of expanding it:
“Last week, our administration launched a major new effort to break the backs of the cartels. My department is committing 100 new ATF personnel to the Southwest border in the next 100 days to supplement our ongoing Project Gunrunner, DEA is adding 16 new positions on the border, as well as mobile enforcement teams, and the FBI is creating a new intelligence group focusing on kidnapping and extortion. DHS is making similar commitments, as Secretary Napolitano will detail.”
So Holder’s May 3rd denial appears to be refuted by his own words.
With 43 automatic weapons with serial numbers traced back to the ATF operation seized during a single traffic stop in Phoenix, and others showing up in crimes throughout Arizona, the ATF director now claims that Holder’s department is obstructing the congressional investigation.

How Much Money Did Operation Gunrunner get:
A November 2010 report says it got $10 Million in February 2009 Recovery Act Supplemental Appropriations Act,
June 2009 another Six Million Dollars.

Another 20 Million Dollars in the Stimulus package, plus an additional 10 Million Dollars that was due for this operation in the fiscal 2011 Budget thats never been voted on

I’ve been thinking about gunwalker. I believe any behavior can be understood no matter how bizarre if you understand the goal of the behavior.
The only logical goal I can think of for letting guns by the thousands freely go to Mexico to the cartels with the express purpose of not being traced until found at crime scenes coupled with keeping the Gov of Mexico in the dark can to me only have one goal. To provoke the Gov of Mexico into demanding stricter gun laws for US citizens. In other words our gov was deliberately trying to subvert the constitution by using manipulating the Gov of Mexico. Can anyone think of another goal that makes sense for our government’s behavior?
